Next Tuesday, April 27, the Song For Africa single, featuring Sarah Slean, will be released in the Canadian iTunes store. Late last year Sarah travelled to Rwanda to participate in a documentary with Song For Africa, a non-profit organization that aims to inspire change and raise awareness about humanitarian issues in Africa.
